Guidelines for Participation in the Radio
Panel
1. Audio presentations should be on CD or minidisc and be 4-6
minutes in length.
2. Preference will be given to programs relating to the theme
of BINACOM, but general submissions are welcome. During the panel, those programs
relating to the theme will be played first.
3. The format for the submissions is open--newscasts, dramas,
documentaries, radio magazines or experimental broadcasts may be submitted.
4. All productions should be accompanied by a synopsis of no
more than one page. This synopsis should be accompanied by the following information:
title, format, names of producers, writers and commentators, duration, and

5. Programs should submitted to the organizing committee after
they have been reviewed by the appropriate professors at each institution
to insure that they comply with the above guidelines.
